Healthy routes

Camino de la Cimentera, its name comes from the fact that it is the road where raw materials were transported to the cement works. On the same path you will find an old circular stone oven.

  • ROUTE: We start from Pòrtol, from the end of Carrer de la Roca Llisa and go up the Can Parrisco path. We continue walking along the Cimentera and the Forn de Piedra. Then, there is the option of going back to Pòrtol along the same path or continue on to the main street of Sa Cabaneta and return along Carrer Major. The route can also be done in reverse. In this case, if we start from Sa Cabaneta, we can then follow the route along the Jardín d’en Ferrer path.

  • DISTANCE: 3.8km.

Jardín d’en Ferrer path, if you want to go from Pòrtol to Santa Maria on a quiet route surrounded by nature, this path is the best option. It is ideal for walking or cycling, as there is very little traffic.

  • ROUTE: We start from Pòrtol. At the end of Carrer de la Roca Llisa, turn right (if you are coming from La Cimentera, turn left at the end of the Can Parrisco road before going up Carrer de la Roca Llisa) and join the Jardí d’en Ferrer path. We follow this route straight on, and pass over the bridge over the motorway after approximately 3 km. Continue a little further, and you will reach the end of the road. Here we have several options: Turn left and go towards Marratxinet and the Font path and Sa Bomba path, turn right and go towards Santa Maria del Camí, or return towards Pòrtol. In this case, to return to Pòrtol we can do so from the same road, or by going to the right and returning along the road.
  • DISTANCE: 3.3km.
