Museu del Fang

A flour windmill is the building where the Museu del Fang is located. The Town Council of Marratxí acquired the building in 1977, but it was not until 2002 that it was refurbished and opened as the Fang Museum.

A space with a long history that now houses the traditional pottery of Mallorca, and in particular that of Marratxí. You can discover pieces in disuse or in danger of disappearing, since nowadays, other materials are used to make them.

More than 900 pieces including olleria, gerreria, siulleria, teulera and a long etcetera. Come and discover the different forms and functions of clay.
